“The Stone Cottage is absolutely charming. My son and daughter in law both had to work one day, so the basement worked out beautifully. The loft and rooms were all cozy and comfortable. “We had a short stay during my wife’s spring break (she’s an art teacher). We both fell in love with the cottage and the surrounding pond. Everything was glorious and the breakfast is spectacular. “I took myself, my daughter, my mother, my grandmother, and great Aunt on this ladies getaway. The home is stunning! It was extremely clean and very well stocked (way better than previous homes I’ve stayed in through VRBO). The road is very noisy at nights. Several large trucks/semis can easily be heard when trying to sleep. The only other issue was, we were extecting one of the larger beds to be in the main floor but it was only the full sized bed with a bunk on top. We had two elderly members……

“We had a travel JO volleyball tournament in Sherrodsville this property was 10 min away. Super convenient to go to Eastern Ohio Sports Complex! We stayed in early April and they did not have the golf cart out of winter storage yet. But lots of pillows in the upstairs room at the top of the steps.Lots of towels and blankets stored upstairs also! Bring K-cups they had a keurig but they also provided coffee and creamer! Very accommodating. It was not right on the lake but you could see the lake……

“This property was absolutely beautiful! From the beautiful scenery to the beautiful little cottage! The cottage was absolutely perfect in every way! So cozy and comfortable! Sitting outside on the back deck was absolutely breathtaking and relaxing!! The owners did a fabulous job making it a perfect place for a couples getaway! The owners were friendly and very helpful! We will be telling our family and friends about this cottage and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing……

“All was great except when we were looking for stay options you advertised pets allowed and it was not clear anywhere in your information that there was a size limit. My husband and I both read closely and saw nothing pertaining to a limit. we did not Discover until it was too late to cancel that there was a size limit. We were fortunate that you allowed us to bring our pet due to it being the off-season. Otherwise we would’ve been out a lot of money.”

“The room was VERY clean and everything was in working order. The beds were on the firm side for us, but that is just a personal preference. Parking was very easy with a labeled reserved guest parking space that was close to the entrance. The host had recommendations of places to eat nearby, and two of the places we chose were so delicious. ”
