“Checkin couldn't be easier. The place looks new and the furniture is comfortable. It had everything we needed. Located on stock island, it's a short drive to key west. There are plenty of good restaurants close by and cvs is a mile away.”

“We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank……

“Great location and good facilities. I have to comment that they don’t supply hand soap or shower soap. Super weird. We went to cvs and got bar soap. We were told they don’t supply and we over heard other guests also asking for soap so it wasn’t just us. Pool was nice but a little “barren” feeling with minimal greenery. For the price I would say it was a good value.”
