“We enjoyed everything about the condo”

“We enjoyed a long weekend on IOP. The property was perfect for our family of five and we had a comfortable stay. We would considered staying here again. ”

“Overall, we were very happy with the condo. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We were very disappointed with the pool not be open as advertised. When I chose a condo for my family and I to stay in, it was very important that a pool was available and it stated that there is pool access from April-September. We arrived on April 14th and the pool was still closed which was extremely disappointing for my two children. ”

“This rental experience was terrific. Booking, check-in/check-out were easy, and communications with the rental company were clear and timely. The condo was immaculate, and things we have come to think of as “extras” were provided, such as hand soap and garbage bags. The condo includes everything a guest would need, but not a lot of clutter that you don’t. We would stay here again on a future trip to Kiawah! ”

“Everything was perfect. Pool was near by. Beach was an easy 6 minute walk as others had mentioned. I did not have to find my way to beach since my daughters did it within 30 minutes of arriving. Easy walk through a couple of neighborhoods once you know where you are going. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Everything in side was nice and felt very safe. Felt safe enough to let my teenage daughters to walk to the beach while I did a few hours of work before meeting up with……

“The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Park your car and you won't need it for the remainder of your trip. All of the necessities are provided but you won't find extras like beach towels, chairs, etc but for the price and location it is a great value.”

“The carpet was filthy. We took pictures in case we needed proof it was like that when we arrived. Tiny mirror in the bathroom over the sink and no mirror in the bedroom to use as an alternative. The shower curtain didn’t fit and there was mold in the bathroom. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress which we discovered had a plastic cover on it. The bed is hard and couch is uncomfortable. The keyless entry lock was extremely difficult to operate. No guidance on locating beach access. The beach……

“Condo was a nice unit with one big exception. The front door does not lock properly. It was in fact open when I arrived. That night i tried to lock the door but the dead bolt DOES NOT LOCK! I thought maybe that had something to do with the code on the door so i used the chain lock. At 1:45 am someone opened/shoved the door as far as the chain lock would allow (from the outside). The noise made was loud enough to wake me. I slammed it shut and used a chair to secure as best as i could. I could……

“Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper,……
