“We have lost count the times we have stayed here. We do know we were unable to come in 2023 due to other events going on and we sure missed it. This has become our home away from home and look forward to more stays here. On the 4th our grands were able to join us for a day in the water just chilling on floats by the dock. We love this location and Donna has become a family friend. Extremely responsive and quick to reply to messages.”

“If you are looking for a secluded get away from society, this is the place. Located 30 minutes from any town in a private cove this cabin is a wonderful escape. It has a great swimming dock and LOVED the bunkhouse for the grandkids. A great choice of games for the family and the outdoor space was a hit with all of the family from the fire pit to the spacious outdoor deck with excellent grilling accessories for some fantastic meals outdoors. “Was in town for a week long fishing trip on Grand Lake. Great location, clean, cool, great shower and washer/dryers, close to lake and everything you need, seemingly safe property. If you have a 20’ bass boat and you’re coming to Grand lake, it’s not going to fit in the garage because they put in an inflatable hot tub and built a wall around it. We tried. So just expect to park your boat in the driveway. My .02 is remove all that so guests can put their boats in the garage. I’d pay a bit more……

“I met up with three of my friends from college plus our husbands and kids for a weekend reunion. There were 8 adults and 10 teens/preteens. We had a great time.Positives: Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and also to spread out and not feel like we were all on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the game room, the place was pretty clean, all the beds were made up and ready for us, there was enough of all the necessities to get us started and a couple of dollar stores nearby for the things……
