“Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight. ”

“Friendly and professional staff. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Black mould in my bathroom, mattress had spring coming out of it. Funky and dangerous looking exposed wiring behind bed. “Área and condition hotel really bad. It dirty doesn’t even look close to pictures. Dirty room and bed sheet and towels. No privacy they don’t even let you hold onto your own room key if your going out to eat. Can’t trust your stuff inside room. ”
