“This was a perfect home to spend our week in St. Augustine! The views from this house are incredible and only steps away from the beach itself! The distance to downtown St. Augustine was about 15 minutes, which made the neighborhood nice and quiet as its away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions! ”

“The elevator is a must for luggage, groceries, and a daughter with a broken foot. It had some hiccups and we needed two different crews to work on it.The main floor water heater was broken and we couldn't get anyone out to fix it for three days.The refrigerator door ice and water dispenser does not work.There was a miscommunication about laundry. We were emailed directions to leave only one day's worth of laundry. After doing several loads, we spotted a not on the wall by the door stating that……

“This beach house was more than expected. It had everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is I wish I knew exactly what all was provided because then I wouldn’t have had to pack as much as we did. Hahaha. So, really, not a complaint at all. The house was beautifully decorated, amazing access to the beach and so relaxing. I especially loved the deck and the fact that it had a gate at the top so our dog could enjoy the fresh air while we ate, drank coffee, and just hung out in……
