“Our house was wonderful, and our condo was nice, overlooking the lake. It was very clean and just steps away from the beach. I would have given the property a five-star rating, but I didn’t due to a few drawbacks. The pools close at 8:00 p.m., there is only one restaurant on the property that closes at 4:00 p.m., and no activities are offered at this location.”

“The condo was perfect for our needs, huge, clean and plenty of space for everyone. Great view, steps to the beach, the pool was awesome! We loved the entire week!”

“It was decent. Few issues were broken toilet paper holder, shower curtain stayed on the outside of the shower so all the water dumped on the floor, no hair dryer, and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Good things were a speedy check in, close parking, housekeepers were very nice, right off the highway, and plenty of restaurants that are in the area. ”

“Our experience here was somewhat spoiled by the holiday weekend. The property was packed and we did not go near the pool. We put the ac on fan all night to help offset conversations right outside our window. Took 30 minutes Sunday to get to historic St Augustine and more crowds. Oh well! But what a beautiful beach for swimming and people watching! We even enjoyed our storm view from couch! The place was very neat and clean and high-functioning, with a comfy bed. Good value!”
