“The staff is friendly and accommodating to our needs. The pool is refreshing and enjoyable. The common areas are always extremely clean and accessible. The breakfast is amazing! They have plenty of options and they are fresh with an option to have things made to order. The only thing I am not a fan of is in the winter they crank the heat and the individual rooms do not have the option to set it to a comfortable setting. We asked for fans and that still didn’t help. We saw plenty of rooms open……

“Breakfast could have been alittle better. We were there on Sunday morning at 7:30 there was no eggs just sauage we're told there were no more eggs. Then at 8:30 brought out more eggs. Otherwise not bad. Also could have plain oatmeal available.”

“Staff were nice and attentive. They gave me the preferred floor and moved me to the floor where there would be less noise. The room had everything I needed for the one night I stayed. A few things were average was that the toilet had not been plunged from the person who was there last. There also were a few pieces of trash on the ground under the bed. Overall I was pleased with my stay.”

"This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days."
