“We travels from east texas to this beautiful home to have a white Christmas. The property was just as described on the site, down to the previous reviews stating that the driveway was steep. Upon arriving the driveway was slick and we barely got up it with snow chains. We located the provided sand and salt that was only a scoop full. We tried calling the property management to get more supply and have the driveway treated as previously requested. We didn’t get a call back until the next……

“The property is set on a quiet road just off the main highway into Breckenridge. It is a large home with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The home comes with an upgraded kitchen with every thing you need to cook for family and friends. The hot tub is clean, warm and private. There is a ping pong table, a shuffleboard table and an air hockey table. There are 3 separate gathering areas in case your group has different TV tastes. “Although it was a small home, it had everything we needed! It was the perfect cozy home to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Everything was labeled in the home which made things so much easier to look for. And then the coffee bar and water. A lot of places we have rented didn’t come with any coffee and we’d have to buy water to last us. This place came equipped! ”

“Porch was nice, although very cluttered. The 'rug' had a tendency to flip up in the wind. Some light switches didn't do anything in the living room - they definitely didn't turn on the lights. Living room fan had exposed wires and wasn't adjustable. 'Hallway' rug had to rubber underneath it so every step was a slippery disaster waiting to happen. “The place was very clean and had every possible amenity that we needed. It was great for a family of four plus pet - probably would be tight for larger parties. It was a convenient location for skiing at Breck - approximately 10 minute drive to the hill. We did not use the bus but understand that's an option as well. ”
