“I stayed here for the wine festival. What an amazing hotel, but even more outstanding was the service!! When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. I would come back and stay just for the service, regardless of the niceness of the hotel or anything else. I can't give them enough praise and accolades! Thank you so much.”

“We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “We booked through a management company. They were horrible. Room was not ready on time. The room was in disrepair. The sundial lodge was nice, the staff were nice. ”

“Everyone was very friendly and welcoming Lots of nice activities on the property excercises classes, movies, and apres ski stuff - we grilled brats over a fire on the patio. It would be nice if they had a breakfast onsite, but fortunately there are options nearby.”

“Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up.……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
