“We had a little problem at check in as they weren't aware we were bringing a pet. The clerk was so helpful getting things switched around so we could be in a pet approved room. We were even upgraded to a suite! Customer service went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Room was comfy and clean. We would for sure stay here again!”

“This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters.
