“PAR EXCELLENCE. Tranquil, welcoming, courteous staff and fine breakfast. This is my new favourite place. Hundreds of wallabies everywhere. Don't panic if you are a smoker as you are catered for quite fairly. Let me recommend the cabernet sauvignon at a value price. Someone at this place understands the meaning of good taste. We went in winter and the room temperature was perfect. Housekeeping and security were both extremely polite and efficient. All in all GENIUS. Highly recommended.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Location was great. Two onsite restaurants - Asian & Indian with good food. Walking distance to local shopping centre and other restaurants & pub. Our 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor was spacious and clean. Decor is a little outdated but nice. Bath with overhead shower was a little difficult to step into. Needs a hand rail. Laundry nicely concealed behind mirrored sliding doors in the bathroom. Large full length balcony from living area & bedroom. Balcony seating would have been……

“Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”
