“We just stayed at the most charming beachfront property in Cedar Key, and it was a dream come true! From sipping coffee on the porch while watching dolphins play to falling asleep to the soothing sound of waves, every moment was magical. The décor was cozy, the views were breathtaking, and the sunset? Absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for a slice of coastal heaven, this is the place to be! Can't wait to come back! ”

“The house is in a great location to access Cedar Key. The back windows and deck offer great views of a mangrove backwater. The house met all of our needs. We recommend it highly. ”

“House was spacious and good location. Management quickly addressed a few minor issues (microwave not working, etc) and was receptive to feedback on replacing a few tired items (new dishwasher needed). We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck!”

“We were pleasantly surprised to find this home has recently been redone and let me tell you- it’s so precious! The owners really outdid themselves with the amenities and decor. It had everything we needed for a family and kids. We brought the fishing boat and two jet skis and had no issues with the smaller dock. The neighbors were nice. We made it to the Springs for the day and just cruised the river. The kids LOVED playing hide and seek on the massive deck space. The kitchen was fully equipped……

“This is a wonderful rental property. They did a great job of renovating the inside, very clean with a very nice open floor plan. 9.75 out of 10. The only thing missing was a ceiling fan on the enclosed porch and enclosed dock area. We went in late July and if the breeze is not kicking in, it's muggy and hot, to be expected. Not a big deal. Next time we will bring two 35" fans, one to plug in on the house porch and one for the dock. The screened in dock area did not have a receptacle on the……

“Had a great time. Went out in the Gulf fishing. ”

“My husband and I flew in on a small plane for my birthday getaway. There were golf carts waiting by the airport for us to get around on the island. A flight following service had lost contact with us so the police showed up to make sure we were okay. How nice! It was easy to find our cottage and we couldn’t have been more pleased! It was clean, had everything we needed and was absolutely charming! Better than the pictures. Highly recommend this property and the service was seamless for check-in……

“We wanted a nice little weekend get away. We have never been to cedar key. The host communicated very quickly with all my questions from the time I booked the cottage. It was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. It was walking distance to 2nd street where we dined out and visited all the cute shops. We can’t wait to go back!”
