“The property was super clean & quiet. I rented for the weekend for my sister in law & nephew to attend my daughter’s graduation party in Groveland. There aren’t many lodging places in the area. So glad they had such a lovely stay. We will most definitely book again!!”

“Vrbo lists this as a one bedroom one bath. In reality it’s a studio in a small house that’s been poorly converted to a duplex. The walls are thin. You’ll hear almost everything the other tenants are doing. They also share one alarm system so every time the other tenant opens their doors you hear the system chime. It was poorly converted and only 1/2 of the already small space is air conditioned. This is not a locally owned property. They required me to download a completely different app for……

“The view was beautiful. It was a little hot and you couldn’t control the thermostat to change the temperature of the room. ”

“The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the property managers to please turn the temperature down and it would last a couple hours before it felt like the room temp had creeped back up around 80. ”
