“Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about……

“The rooms are pretty nice for what it was for a trip, but some if the guests were on meth that were two doors down from us walking up and down the hall saying how high they were and making a bunch of noise that we couldn't sleep. It's an apartment / Hotel so there's people living there as well so it smells of marijuana which not a problem for me but for most it might be but overall the ladies were nice the guard was nice and the room for what it was was okay.”

“I like it overall. Just wished emergency phone worked but granted we arrived 2 hr later than the og deadline at 9pm - but we got super late check out so it was a treat. I amend the og post.”

“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”

“This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s easy to get on and off the highway. It’s clean and the rooms are good except for some finishes. The bathroom wall and ceiling needed plaster and paint; seems odd given how decent the rest of the room seemed. The staff were friendly and breakfast is good.”
