“Very very perfect experience and good memories during the stay in Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. My top recommendation hotel is here if you want visit Harbin while expects very good quality. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024. Thanks again for the great team of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. "
