“This is Hemet, so the area can be a little sketchy, but the hotel room itself is big and lovely. However, the internet did not work at all. The manager tried to tell me that the router was right outside my room, and every time I would walk outside, the internet would work. It would not work in my room. So if you're going for internet you cannot stay here. I would stay here again if they had working internet, but I come out to work, so this is not an option anymore.”
"I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep."
"Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk."
