“If you have a student at Kenyon College, this is a great place to stay. Very close to KC with the conveniences of Mt Vernon. Property was clean and easily accessible. The bathroom is tiny- can’t image sharing it with 4 people but it worked for 2 of us. Wish we had known about it before this graduation trips-would have definitely stayed here more often.”

“Absolutely fabulous weekend. I spent the weekend writing and it was the perfect location. Quiet, peaceful, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and Patti and Dan were lovely. Highly recommend and would stay again at any of their properties in a heartbeat. ”

“We had a great stay for the OSU graduation. We were a big group and there was plenty of room. The air mattresses were a great touch. Communication was great throughout. The area is quiet and safe. If it had not rained all weekend the backyard space would’ve been good to utilize. There was also an enclosed front porch, which was nice to watch and hear the rain. Because it rained so much, when we arrived, it looked like the driveway was flooded. We were hesitant to drive through it, but after……
