“House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry……

The room was beautifully appointed with lots of extra “treats” (chocolates, clementine's). Lynn gave me a great referral for a nice pub dinner nearby. Breakfast could have fed me for the full day! There were not enough pots and pans to prepare meals properly. Additionally, there was insufficient cutlery provided, which made dining inconvenient.
