"在檳城Prestige 飯店住房期間，某日因不慎手機📱掉在grab 車上， 透過Prestige飯店櫃檯人員協助，特別是華語經理張嘉琪Kharkhei 小姐的大力幫忙聯絡，最終找回手機，對飯店櫃檯積極友善的服務態度非常滿意也感激，這是一家非常值得推薦的飯店！ Room service 也很nice."

"店房間寛躺，只是浴缸只得半邊膠板來防止沐浴時水花濺，很不方便，酒店泳池也很舒適，早餐食品多樣及美味，酒店附近也有很多食肆並到各個景點也可步行到達，下去去賓城也會選擇這酒店"

"I believe Citadines is a name that stands for quality. I previously stayed at one of their properties in Singapore and had a great experience, so choosing Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang this time was absolutely the right decision. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang! "
