“Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!”

“Once you get to your floor, you see that the place doesn't match the pictures. It looks older and the apartment itself is dated as well. Around the the patio in the living room was missing the frame, some of the tiles around the windows were lifting, the oven handle in the kitchen looked like it had been broken then glued back on and repainted, the fridge ice maker and water didn't work, and the tub in what I assume is the master bedroom has a slow leak. The experience wasn't bad, but those are……
