“It was a good experience, with almost all the amenities inside the unit except the gas range. Beach right behind our building, pool, cafeteria, etc. I will recommend this place to my friends.”

“It was a quick weekend trip. I appreciated how easy the check in process was and the unit was very clean. You could tell there were recent remodeling inside and the property is also going some external renovation. I also appreciated how well the property kept the common areas clean and organized. ”

“Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay.”

“Overall the apartment is nice. It is big, comfortable, well equipped. We were 5 and there was enough space for us - and would fit even more people.The location is good with good options of grocery, restaurants and shopping malls nearby.The only improvement points would be: check-in process was very inflexible in terms of time and it would be very helpful for us; honestly, I doubt that the apartment was not ready to checkin 30-60 min before check-in time. The other is about the parking space……

“Clean, spacious, and perfect walking distance to the beach in a family friendly town”

“We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only……

“Check in process was easy but elevator was a bit run down.The unit was clean, had a nice view from the rooftop and the location is great. Master bathroom was nice, except the toilet is lose and fancy shower heads were old and hard to use. Sparse furniture in the bedrooms. A dresser would be nice because there is nowhere to put anything. The iron in the master closet was dirty and left brown marks on my husbands white shirt so he could not wear it. The bathtub in the guest bathroom is very slick……
