“Adaquate, which is enough for a 1 night, business trip. I was there for less than 13 hours. It is small and would be cramped (for me) to share with another person and/or pet, albeit a Pet friendly property. I would recommend expanding the bathroom area by replacing the straight shower curtain rod with a curved rod and a clear plastic liner (instead of black). The bathroom lighting isn’t great and the shower felt very small and dark.”

“You can't beat the location of this place. I considered getting a hotel but this was just about the same price (sometimes cheaper) and it was much more private, cleaner, and close to the beach. It's also RIGHT on one of the areas best golf courses. I'll definitely be looking at staying here again next time we're in the area.”

“Patti and Anthony were hospitable and accommodating. My Husband and I rented their Condo for the month of January. Apart from the unusual cold weather and snow, our trip was fantastic. The Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and clean. Great place to stay in Sunset Beach!”

“After a glorious day on Sunset Beach we returned home to be locked out of the condo. Not fun when the code nno loner works! (day 2 of a 3 day stay!) We called the 800# on the vacasa booking and (thank goodness for a bit of charge on a cell phoneand a baning data plan!) we connected with someone, dug through emails to find the reservation code, and got the "new" door code. Great way to ruin a fun beach day vibe, Vacasa.”
