“The room was clean and attractive, and we appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast in a pleasant dining area was very nice. The ladies who run this obviously care about the attractiveness of the rooms and the comfort of their guests. “The room was not real large, but we had everything we needed. It was very quiet . The room and bathroom were very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. I really appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. There was nothing to eat for anyone watching sugar intake. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. “Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures.
