“The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. ”

“We stayed four nights in the city view room but the room is smaller than the 28 sq m it claimed. At most 20 sq m. The room is new and well equipped but wifi is weak. The staff is friendly and helpful and strive to accommodate our requests including change from a noisy air con sound room and late check out.
