“We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The only issues we experienced were some of the storm shutters were lowered but this was resolved. Also, the fireplace did not work because there was no gas in the outside tank. This was reported to the management company but unfortunately not resolved. Also, when we were checking out the cleaning crew arrived an hour before the checkout time and asked when we would vacate the house. As we were loading the vehicle, we reminded them that we had……
