“The house has all the comforts of home and met our needs for our short stay. The road leading to the house is dicey, so it's highly recommended that you arrange transportation in a vehicle with good tires and high clearance because of all the dips and potholes on the dirt roads. “The pictures are true. Except now there is Huge TV missing in the pictures. A BIG white beautiful House on the Hill, and with a swimming pool. Has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. “What a place. Stunning location with everything you will ever need for a true tropical getaway, and unlike the resorts you don't need to share it with anyone else. “It’s a great home with plenty of space. It’s not 5 star but very private. The owner sorted out an issue quickly and the staff on the ground were great. Don’t expect Wi-Fi or full reception, it all depends on the direction of the wind but you mostly get 4g upstairs and outside. If the Maid offers cooking, it’s not the cheapest but she made enough for dinner and lunch the next day, food was great. “Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.”

"Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern. Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning. There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants. Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice."
