“Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time.”

“The house has all the comforts of home and met our needs for our short stay. The road leading to the house is dicey, so it's highly recommended that you arrange transportation in a vehicle with good tires and high clearance because of all the dips and potholes on the dirt roads. “It was perfect for our extended families needing to stay close to Nadi International Airport (5 min drive) for an early morning flight to Australia or, in our case, a late flight to Canada. “The pictures are true. Except now there is Huge TV missing in the pictures. A BIG white beautiful House on the Hill, and with a swimming pool. Has everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Yes Aircon in every room. Has all kitchen utensils pots pans cutlery. No bowls for baking. Has a fridge freezer with Ice box. Check in was 11am we arrived closer to 2pm. Apparently due to back to back bookings, Umesh the caretaker in his limited English said he needed to clean the pool at 5pm. A bit……

“The apartment was dirty. The check-in was difficult as the contact did not answer the phone until the third try. Communication with him was sporadic and unhelpful. The villa was not what we expected. The outdoor furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. We would not recommend this accommodation and will not stay there again.”

“Positives - Nice big house with plenty of air con, pool was great and the highlight of the property along with the nice bbq area. House is very secure with locked doors and locked security doors and the automatic security gate. Close to Nadi and not to far from Denarau island. ”

"Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern. Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning. There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants. Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice."
