“Good hotel”

“when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good……

“I absolutely love the staff there, so kind and wonderful. We played free bingo whilst we are our meals and the host was fantastic. The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and such an easy process. Everything is close by and convenient. Would recommend absolutely.”

“The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.”

“Loved the fact everything was in good walking distance to our accomodation. Would love if the car park at the back closest to the units were allocated to the corresponding unit. It was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic.”
