“Host was proactive in communicating about accessing the space and answered quickly when we were trying to locate the house (a little confusing since the driveway was full and the house number was hard to locate). The space itself was super clean and the neighborhood was easily accessible from the Denver airport. ”

“Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits! ”

“This was our second day at this property. This time we booked both units and the charm, cleanliness, atmosphere and pure delight was equal to the first time we stayed. This will be our go to spot anytime we are in the area! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.”

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

“A quick drive to Eldora Ski resort. Loved the property as it was spacious enough for the two of us. Loved the sauna as well. Would be fun to visit in the summer too!”

“Great to have a nice clean place to stay when visiting our daughter and her family!”

“We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's……
