“The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,……

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

The location is amazing as well - only 10-20 from the city and easy access to head north towards Boulder/Westminster as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. ”
