“We had a great time overall. The place was clean and well equipped. It was in a great location, although quite loud late at night due to the happy camper across the street. Our only critique would be to make it clear only one bedroom has a bathroom. The other bathroom is on the third floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Todd!”

“The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.”

“The exterior looks a little rough, but step inside to 1952. We were happy we rented the Retro House for several reasons. It was clean and cozy, had neat decor, and had all the essentials anyone would need to be comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to everything - historic downtown, restaurants, walking trail, tubing, Coors and other breweries, park. What else do you want? “Staying at this home was a great choice for us. I traveled with my family, for our daughter’s wedding and the house was very spacious. Everybody had their own bedrooms, and bathrooms. The downstairs was wonderful to leave the kids downstairs and the adults were upstairs, so everybody had their own space. Outside with the fire pit was a great time, we were able to barbecue and have a great time before and after the wedding. I will stay here again, and I will strongly recommend it.”

“Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder.
