“The Hotel is conveniently placed 10 min walk from the Plaza. Rooms are adequate for a one day or two stay, basic, beds are very firm but if you are used to hard beds like I am its not a problem. En suite bathroom very tiny, only cold water, check in was fine, but from there on there is no particular level of service. “No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel.”

“The property was nice. The room had a strong smell, maybe some type of cleaning product. The shampoo was tiny and not replaced daily. The breakfast was ok. Parking sometimes was a pain. Took forever to get your car out. ”

“This is a nice hotel for the location. I would not say it is in the best part of town and there is street noise but facilities overall are good. We stayed in two different occasions (family of 4); the first time the room was spacious, the second one it was not as good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had free parking which was a big plus for us. Overall nice hotel.”
