“after you walk thru the backyard gate you go across a tenats patio to reach the stairs to go up to your unit. Awkward to say the least. The unit was ok, kitchen was very dated but cabinets were painted white to freshen it up. It listed a washer/dryer, but we found none in the unit. We have rented 3 years in surfside beach and this unit was no where near the quality we have had prior. Dont recommend rented this unit.”

“My family and I stayed here for our niece's Graduation. It was a great choice choising Dune Our Thing! Andrew was wonderful to work with, the neighbors music was a skosh louder than my husband and like however, upon reaching out Andrew answered right away and though the property was not his nor did he know who was there, he offered many suggestions to help. Of course he had no control over it but was great about!Thank you Again Andrew, hopefully we'll talk again soon!”

“Just reference the listing because it's exactly as described! The condo is spacious, very well appointed with detailed provisions for any need that could arise, very clean and the owner is so kind and extremely responsive. We visit Windy Hill Dunes every November over Thanksgiving and are expecting our first grandbaby in November. This condo has a well-equipped nursery and all the "gear" needed for a comfortable stay with a baby, which is unheard of with most rentals. It's obvious this……

“We loved our stay at this rental! The view is AMAZING and the space is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is also fairly well stocked and the rooms even have fans! Each room has its own full bath which was awesome and the host provides chairs and an umbrella for the beach, along with towels. We have not had that in other places and will never go back. We would love to stay again without a doubt. The host is very responsive and friendly. ”
