“We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. ”

“We had a good stay overall. This is a home at the end of an inlet with a small pier facing the creek. It had a pretty backyard. It is close to other homes but that was okay for us, although some more window treatments in the kitchen and facing the back would be a good option. Home was recently renovated/updated with new kitchen and furniture. Nicely styled/decorated like in pictures. Pictures on listing missing a third bedroom and the second bathroom. Only concern was that some areas were not……

“We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. ”

“2nd time staying and will be back again.View of harbor and sunset is wonderful!Large umbrella on the balcony was great in the afternoons.We had no problem keeping the inside cool on hot days.The refrigerator is working well.Beware, there is a lot of steps but it is the second floor.Restaurant on first is usual empty by 10-10:30, we didn’t mind the little bit of noise. ”

“Great home base for a laid-back beach trip to Cape Charles with the family. We couldn't find some of the beach items listed, but the owner was really responsive in helping make sure we had access to what we needed. ”

“This house was perfect for a girls weekend. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had great views. The owner was prompt to answer all of my questions. We will definitely consider returning for the next time! ”

“The house and location could not have been more perfect! The fact that we could bring our fur babies was the icing on the cake! The homeowner was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and the backyard was beautiful. We spend many special hours porch-sitting and making cherished memories. Will definitely book again in the future!”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well.
