“This property was really made very new even though it was an older home. This host supplied more things than I have ever seen. I have rented lots of properties. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable, coffee, filters I could go on and on”

“Idk how to review this one. Pictures don't show how this place really looks from the outside. It's not taken care of. But inside it's ok. They are wonderful communicaters, lovely accomodations, cute gifts. Kitchen is small bathroom is run down upstairs is a cute place but it's all old. But it worked because I didn't actually need to hang out there. ”

“Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. ”

“Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter.”

“The location was convenient for what we came to do in Binghamton. It is near the highway but still has a quiet feel. It is very private despite being attached to the main house. Extremely clean and attractively decorated. Host was responsive but not intrusive. Great stay!”

“Very disappointed. No picture of the front of the house was very misleading. Parking spot was not as described. I do not recommend this house.”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……

“Really liked this stay. It was very comfortable- had everything we needed. 2 ways to make coffee, a fancy B&O Bluetooth speaker, good looking TV setup even though we didn’t try it but the speaker was great, a nice selection of books and art, everything we needed in the kitchen, nice lemongrass soap, easy access, place to park, details on where to eat or buy supplies nearby. We would definitely come back. ”

“The address needs to be corrected online to 171 and get rid of that problem lockbox. We arranged the furniture to our liking. Should add a toaster and a coffee pot to the unit.”
