“Loved this property. Solid construction made for a very quiet and sound sleep. We did not use the kitchen but it seems to be well appointed. We were nervous about hearing sirens since we were close.to.the hospital but.we didn't. The ambulances either turn their sirens off that close or that is a testimonial as to how solid the house was built. Great layout too. Extra.half bath was nice to have.”

“I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. ”

We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……
