“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……

“Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. ”

“This property was really made very new even though it was an older home. This host supplied more things than I have ever seen. I have rented lots of properties. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable, coffee, filters I could go on and on”

“Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!”

“Had a wonderful getaway at this Creekside in the Trees. All as described except for the wonderful host, Betsy, who went out of her way to make us welcome and informed about the area. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting all recommendations Betsy made. Will visit again in the area, and pass info on to friends about the wonderful Creekside in the Trees.”

“Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on.”

“A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful.”

The location offered the convenience of easily walking around downtown to coffee, shops, diners, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed stopping in at Garage Taco Bar! A fun environment, pleasant host and waitress along with great food and drink.We love the decor at the apartment! Also, it had everything to make it an enjoyable stay, including comfortable……
