“I’m new to VRBO, so unsure how it all worked as far as things needed before check out, etc. the owners were easy to contact and super helpful when we needed a new battery for the smoke detector, as it was chirping. Rooms were clean, smelled fresh, kitchen had plenty of supplies already for cooking- I had packed my own just in case, but didn’t need anything but my cookie sheet.. I might have overlooked theirs though. Porch was nice to hang out on and even it looked clean, minus a spiderweb that……

“This was the perfect place for a group of five overworked, overwhelmed, ladies who were also overdue for a getaway. The space was cozy with beautiful views. Secluded, peaceful, and away from the hustle. The details of reburbished, reclaimed wood mixed with modern yet comfortable furniture was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We took several of the suggested places to visit and we were not disappointed. Don’t let the backroads or small size of this sweet treasure fool……

“The house is great. We enjoyed playing air hockey in the very nice basement. The backyard is amazing! Very big yard with pool and privacy fence. The lights in the backyard at night are beautiful and a great spot to relax and wind down. We loved it and already booked it again! The host is just great!”

“The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future! ”
