“THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE.”

“The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. “Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly. We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included. Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. “This property is quite old and not well maintained. The lack of AC made our stay difficult; if there was even a fan would have helped. ”

“Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. “We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean.
