“Superb accomodation if only for the view from the bed looking out onto the Ella valley. Then a surprisingly fullsome breakfast accompanied by a medley of fruits. The two brothers looking after the place were able to book tuk tuk drivers who did not fleece you like a number of the others in Ella town. Therefore spacious well appointed room with fan. as air conditioning would not normally be necessary in Ella. Also no mosquitoes rather some fruit flies from the surrounding lusious……

“The manager was absolutely great and deserves a raise!! So helpful and service minded. The rooms were good But…. This is not a place for the light sleeper or someone with difficulty walking. The area around is quite loud and the train at 5am is probably going to wake you up no matter where in Ella you’re trying to sleep. The walk to the hotel is short but really steep like REALLY STEEP. The kitchen staff is never there even though it says you can order food til 8 pm so it’s impossible to……

We had some questions and then we got upgradedto the suite ith private jacuzzi and it made our trip even more amazing. “The hotel has a perfect location, it is close to Ella town but you still have the feeling of being out in nature and surrounded by trees. You can walk to both Ella Rock, little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arch bridge from the hotel. The hotel is very nice and cosy, and it was very clean. “Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. Some things to be improved: While restaurant food is good, the prices are extortionate and we ended up eating majority of meals in local Ella for a fraction of the price. “Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. ”

“An amazing experience, sleeping in the canopy of the forest. We saw lots of animals and fireflies at night. Accommodation is basic as you would expect but beds and bathroom were clean. Ella is a 5-10 minute walk away via the railway tracks. Route was easy to find as directed by our host. Breakfast was delicious and filling.”
