“Lovely Host and a lovely property, had everything you would ever need for a self contained stay, professionally furnished with all modern appliances. A very considerate Host with some basic essentials already there on arrival as well a a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit bowl. Will stay again when next in Perth WA.”

“Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses. Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable.”

“The property itself is lovely but the advertising is misleading . It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . I paid for 4 days , left after 4 hours and no refund. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it.……
