“I can not give this property better ratings. The owners were lovely. The house was so clean and just so cute. It was a slice of heaven. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the beautiful dock and the little pond. The hot tub was wonderful. There are hiking trails in the back of the house to explore. The location is amazing - 10 minutes to town and approx. 40 minutes to Asheville. We were very busy seeing friends and family in the area but next time we will come and just stay put and enjoy the……

“EVERYTHING about this place was perfect!!It is so clean, appointed perfectly!! Has everything you could need. The property is SO beautiful!From being in the screened porch in the morning having you coffee, listening to the water fall and looking out to the gorgeous views and the same gorgeous views from the jacuzzi. All of house is new and wonderful.I cannot say enough good about it!Would 100% recommend!!”

“Located conveniently near the interstate, this tastefully updated small farmhouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The large king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, charcoal grill, portable fire pit, and outdoor chairs added a great touch. Front and side porch/deck was very comfortable for outdoor sitting. Likely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Great choice for time away! ”

“This is the third time our church has rented the property in some capacity from Joe and it is always a joy being there. Joe is the ideal host, readily available, quick to respond, and extending warmth and welcome. We always recommend going to his food truck on the property too--delicious BBQ! Cannot recommend Joe as a host or this property highly enough. Truly a joy to stay there every time!”

“This trip could not have been any better! The house was clean with the perfect layout for our group. Everyone enjoyed the farm tour and smores party, seeing and meeting all the animals, watching the piglets, holding baby chicks etc. There is so much room outside to explore and play. “We (2 seniors and 3 girls - 5 to 11) had the BEST week at the Farm Barn. We were enchanted with the baby pigs and goats, the swing was a huge hit and Farmer Steve was patient and allowed the girls to help him. We will never forget our week. Thank you. It was hot part of the week and not having A/C made it sticky but it truly was the only negative. And we would not have traded the experience.”
