“Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!”

“The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Shorts drives to the beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz , the cabin is cute and has everything you need .my wife enjoyed the hot tub .we will be back ”

“Lovely property with a peaceful creekside, a hot tub to enjoy, many outdoor sitting areas to relax. Note that the cabins are a little close together and parking may be a bit cramped depending on how many cars each guest has if there's a full house, but overall no problems at all. There are even a few cats roaming around that may come and say hello!Emkay greeted us immediately and provided us all of our requested amenities, as well as gave us a farewell Chardonnay the night before we left.……

“We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. We would definitely stay……

“The amenities of the house were as stated. The location of the property is not accessible without an offroad vehicle. The road is dirt, big bumps and ruts, and its hard to find because there is no cell service. The house is noce if you can handle all the stairs. Great place if you want aquiet, private, retreat type vacation.”

“Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) ”
