“We loved our time in this cozy condo! Kitchen was well stocked, bed was extremely comfortable, location and free parking were clutch! We enjoyed the balcony, watched NCAA games on the big TV, walked around Capitol each evening. The shower pull was a bit hard to turn on, but we nuanced it! Can't wait to come back.”

“We stayed at this property for a week during 4th of July, and we had an amazing time. You cannot beat the location, and having your own private spot on the beach each day is priceless (especially on crowded days such as holidays/weekends). We didn't even use our car the entire trip because everything was within walking distance....shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The best part of our trip was meeting the neighbors/locals who live nearby and came down to the beach each day to BBQ. they were so……

“I stayed with my dog for a month while I was searching for a home to purchase in the area. The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit. ”

“I really enjoyed staying here. Place was perfect for a short nomad / remote-work stay with a good desk setup and strong wifi. The location is great too - a short walk to the beach or an easy bike ride to the boardwalk or down to pleasure point. Only downside perhaps is the walls are a bit thin and you can really hear your neighbors upstairs.”

“This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again.”

“The locatiom of the property was very close to town. .y cabin was quite dark due to a lack of lighting at night. The TV remote didn't work to catch up on world events.”
