“This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. A peaceful, cozy, beachside escape. We’d come back in a heartbeat.”

“We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash……

“I stayed with my dog for a month while I was searching for a home to purchase in the area. The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit. ”

“This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again.”

“I really enjoyed staying here. Place was perfect for a short nomad / remote-work stay with a good desk setup and strong wifi. The location is great too - a short walk to the beach or an easy bike ride to the boardwalk or down to pleasure point. Only downside perhaps is the walls are a bit thin and you can really hear your neighbors upstairs.”
