“Just one word. Perfect. Description of home was exactly what we found. So clean! It seems like a new rental due to the condition of the home. Worked out well for our multi-generational stay with parents and toddler upstairs, grandparents on main floor, and auntie in lower floor. We went for a weekend to visit Storyland which was very close. Also close to Walmart/Shaw's for groceries and incidentals, and Zeb's which is a staple to any visit to the White Mountains. “Our stay was fantastic, looks just like the pictures and the perfect size for our young family of 5! Kelly was incredibly accommodating and so helpful! “We had a great week staying at this condo. The kitchen was stocked, there were plenty of towels and toiletries. So helpful to have hair dryers available as well as the clothes dryer for drying our ski clothes! The set up of the bunk room in the back with the attached bathroom was perfect to keep the kids/kids stuff contained. The condo location was fantastic! Close to town, ski areas and Whittaker Woods trails. Would definitely stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have some more……

The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
