“We stayed in the Basic Cabin with 1 queen, 2 twin beds. It was quaint, small, clean, old rustic and appeared to have had some renovations. The queen bed was soft and comfy. The twin bed mattresses were thin and harder. Couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, and the gas wood stove wasn’t needed on a hot night. All the cooling came from a small window A/C unit. Kitchenette was pretty stocked. Bathroom was quite small and there wasn’t a toilet paper rod. The exposed pipes behind the shower were……

“We enjoyed our week on Trickey Pond. Beautiful property on the water and great spot for a relaxing week with just the two of us. The only negative for us was the noise from the road, but we tuned it out. We made use of the paddle boat to explore the shoreline and “met” the local duck family and loons. Overall, a great trip. ”

The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. "The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
