“Lovely place, very cleaned everything you need except shampoo but I brought some. Beds and couches were comfy. Walk to the pond was a bit farther than expected but a nice walk and the view was perfect . Close to town and grocery store we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We arrived in a blizzard, were able to find it easily and get early check in as well, which worked out great after the long trip in. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Close to both Attitash and Wildcat, we also took the dog for a hike at Diana's Baths and did some shopping at the outlets. ”

“This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill……

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this cabin with friends. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and the layout that made the cost feel high for what we got.With regards to cleanliness, the sheets on one of the beds smelled very strongly of mildew, like they'd sat in the washing machine too long, and there was a bag of dog poop by the stoop. But otherwise, it was tidy and pleasant.The space is small and intimate - I hadn't realized that to access one of the bedrooms, you have to walk……

“Incredible stay at black bear lodge. Perfectly nestled in the trees, the lodge had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedrooms were well appointed and the living space with the log fires in the lounge and kitchen were dreamy. We had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent the entire time. We felt away from it all yet had so much opportunity for walks all around us. The guest book was filled with excellent examples and ideas of things to do and it was evident just how……

“Though it rained all weekend, we still went paddle boating. We watched the sunsets and saw rainbows over Trickey. Lastly, we were able to relax.”
