“We are happy with the distance between airport & hotel, the Aurora Spa is a must go. The response rate is good whenever I have inquiry via Expedia chat box. The bed and one of the chairs have kind of dirt marks & toilet had stained when we arrived. Hope it’s just single case. The choices of restaurant are limited but we can understand as it’s not a big city. ”

“We had a nightmare with the phone system, over and over. Due to the road construction we couldn’t find address- they do not answer the phone I called 9 times including standing in the lobby showing the girl . the bellman called in sick, we had to carry in 8 bags from a block and a half away. I used to sell big phone switches and do not understand what the problem was. I called twice around 9 at nite and got through. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us to a suite, very nice of them. I……
