“Perfect little cottage in an ideal location close to the lake. Host was quick to respond to any issues. Our dogs loved to lounge in the sunroom while we were out during the day. ”

Eclectic, tasteful furniture, a mix of antique and comfortable contemporary furniture - one of the most tasteful VRBO's I've ever stayed in. Side porch, great location. And that view! Above all, a welcoming and helpful property manager, best of the best. Thank you!!!”

“We (two adults and two teens) just spent a weekend at the cottage. The best part of the cottage is that there are two sofa beds in the living room. My daughter and son each got their own bed, which was way better than a hotel room. Also, Andrew is a great host. He responded to my questions timely. The backyard is huge, with lovely swings and a fire pit. Unfortunately, it has been raining during our stay, so we were not able to make use of the yard much. But I can imagine that sitting on the deck……

“The property itself is beautiful; however, 2 days into our month long stay, the area was hit with the remnants of a hurricane ( rain and strong winds). This caused water intrusion along one entire side of the cabin and portions of the roof. We left on the third day. Our host was gracious and worked with us and VRBO to refund our money. ”

“1. It was one of the most enjoyable vacation rentals we have been into. The property was well kept and maintained generally. 2. Most bathrooms wouldn't lock the door causing utmost inconvenience to use them with so many of us around. Some of the bedrooms wouldn’t lock either making some of the rooms completely unusable. 3. Many water taps were having loose parts or were simply old. Given that it's a cottage house and the theme is to be old and rustic it may be ok but taps still need……

“This is such a beautiful location. Can see the lake thru the trees. I didn’t realize the summer porch bedrooms were accessed thru other bedrooms. There was a lot of pet hair in the unit but otherwise clean. The final checkout document was silent on what do do with dirty towels/linens which was confusing. The checkin/checkout process was easy and did not require any face to face interaction.”
