“Zimmer konnte durch einen defekt am Bett nicht genutzt werden, sun and snow wusste nichts vom defekt, da letzte Besucher keine Meldung gemacht hat. Sun and Snow kümmerte sich umgehend und fand eine Lösung, die uns sehr glücklich machte. Zimmer war ok, aber müsste neu überdacht werden. Sun and Snow würden wir weiterempfehlen da sie kompetent und sehr nett sind. ”
